Friar's Plumbing Heating and AC Repair

Just had the Friars team at my house for maintenance and they are a great team. Matthew and Robert were friendly and honest. They also educated me and showed me a few tips. I felt very comfortable with them and signed up for annual maintenance. Update: on my 2nd service I wasn’t too happy with the service but they sent out Robert and he fixed everything. Robert carefully diagnosed what was needed and didn’t rush the process. I only want Robert servicing my unit. 5 stars because Robert saved the day and restored my trust here.

Miguel and Edgar were amazing. Very polite, respectful and helpful. They did a great job and kept everything clean. Cleaner than before they came. My first contact with Juan Carlos was great - he set up appt for estimate. Rick came and he too was polite and respectful. We are impressed with this company.

Chris came out to provide us with a quote for a mini-split system. He was professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. He walked me through the entire process and explained the quote clearly, answering all my questions. I was genuinely impressed

We called multiple companies and they were the only ones that were able to get out to our house quickly. Chris was able to fix our air conditioner and let us know how we can maintain it so it will longer. We will definitely use them again to.do some maintenance in the future.

Robert at friars plumbing was quick to respond and identify the problem and most cost effective solution. He explained what was happening in terms I could understand I highly recommend friars plumbing and ask for Robert, if you need fast an efficient air conditioning help.
