Frankie's Plumbing

I have worked with Frankie on several jobs, from toilet installation/ repair and home pressure valve repair to, most recently, an emergency broken pipe repair. Each time, he was very professional, trustworthy, and the best plumber I have ever worked with. I highly recommend this business for any of your plumbing needs. He’s incredibly responsive, and his communication is outstanding.

Connected recently with Frankie's to handle an inoperable garbage disposal. Overall a very positive experience. Responsive and very clear communication on estimate and process. Cheyenne was efficient and courteous. Diagnosis, replacement install, and clean-up took about 50 minutes start to finish. Definitely would recommend and use again.

I've used Frankie's Plumbing services several times and have been happy with their prompt responsiveness, quality of work and customer service. They are honest with the advice they give, which is based on cost considerations of related options and how each would impact the customer. Will continue to use them if and whe the need arises. I thoroughly enjoyed a refreshing and completely educational visit from Frankie The Plumber! Frankie is a congenial guy who patiently answers every question one asks and will re-explain anything one would want to know about one’s plumbing need. He presents himself as highly trustworthy, dependable and credible. I liked that Frankie was very clear in his explanations of all of the work which was necessary for repair. My take away from Frankie and the several plumbing issues the Family Home needed to have looked at is that plumbing has changed over the years and the new way of doing plumbing is to the homeowner’s advantage because it is easier to do upkeep, and the materials used do not degrade as quickly as completely metal plumbing. I also learned that choosing highly aesthetic toilets do look very nice, but that some of the mechanisms that make the toilet work properly are not completely accessible unless you remove the entire toilet! I was impressed with Frankie’s knowledge and sincerity in presenting an option to mitigate a degraded flow mechanism to correct a “running toilet” which was wasting a lot of water! He tackled a few other issues with plumbing, offering a spectrum of options. I liked this process of choosing an option that suited the budget for house maintenance, without any compromise in the integrity of the repair. There was such finesse to his silicone sealing; the bead was perfection! I like the expertise which Frankie easily demonstrated and he has definitely earned his place as The Plumber of Choice for the household plumbing needs! We highly recommend Frankie The Plumber!

Great service ! I have spoken to Frankie on the phone to make an appointment replace the kitchen faucet, he set up appointment really quick and make sure we get text messages and email, he sent Hector to replace the kitchen faucet this afternoon, he did a great job! Thanks
