We found a pool of water around our water heater and a leaky pipe connected to it. Five Star was quick to respond and came out the same day to diagnose and fix the issue. Their friendly tech also explained how the issue occurred, and gave us some advice on how to flush our tank - which is much appreciated. On July 22 Five Star came to my 80 yr mother's rescue, with same day service. Tree roots had grown in her pipes and water was backing into her yard. The young man that helped her was extremely kind and respectful. He was very patient with my mother. The young woman who answered the phone was the same I greatly appreciate her help. Five Star was fast and replaced my broken outdoor faucet quickly for a fair price. Repairs were complete 4 hours after I called, and they had to go somewhere to get parts after they opened the wall. Nice guys, great service. Five Stars for Five Star

Our realtor recommended 5 Star Plumbing to us when we needed some repairs done on our older Roman tub faucet.
