First Quality Plumbing

I would like to share the exceptional service we received from First Quality Plumbing. We have a tankless gas hot water heater that needed serviced, and First Quality Plumbing came recommended by a family member. When I called their office to schedule an appointment, the phone was answered promptly and, although the service we needed wasn’t of an urgent nature, the young lady on the phone discussed the service with me and gave us an appointment just two days away. The plumber they sent out (Christian) arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional. He began by explaining what he would be doing to service the unit and how long it would typically take (which I appreciated as I have not had this unit serviced before) He then wasted no time and proceeded to go right to work. As he worked, I really appreciate the fact that he showed such respect for our home and worked in such a clean, efficient manner. Once he was finished, he made sure everything was back exactly as it was when he arrived. When he gave me the invoice for the work, it was for the exact amount I was quoted over the phone when I scheduled the appointment, but Christian asked/made sure it was what I expected none-the-less. I would like to compliment First Quality Plumbing and their staff, both in the office and in the field, for making this entire process easy – start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with a company that provided such exceptional service … I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them for any future plumbing needs we might have moving forward.

We have used this company for two of our homes and cannot say enough about the exceptional experience each time. Most recently, Daniel and Roman came out after a home inspection detected a small leak in an upstairs toilet. Understanding the time sensitivity, they sent someone the very next day. Brandon and Daniel were persistent in locating a hidden leak under the toilet ring and quickly made the repair—at a fraction of the cost I was expecting. Whether it’s a water heater repair, a fallen rain showerhead, leaking faucets, or a toilet issue, we always receive knowledgeable advice, fair pricing, and top-notch service. Their team truly exemplifies quality and professionalism!

Professional, helpful and hard working. We have a large job and the plumbers who showed up had dedication to make things work and were thoughtful and helpful. A large project can be a challenge for a homeowner and having a professional company with competent employees with good attitudes makes the process much better. I highly recommend using First Quality Plumbing for your next project big or small. We met with several companies and are very glad we chose First Quality. I wish they did more than plumbing I would use them for everything. (Paul, Brandeis and Greg were all working together on this job and have been great.)

We had an emergency plumbing issue on Friday evening. The technician (Jacob) responded after hours to help us out. I must say Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. He introduced himself with a smile and proceeded to troubleshoot the issue at hand explaining himself as he went along. He isolated the issue & continued with the repair in an expedient manner. Thanks to Jacob we had the water back on with minimal interruption. I have had numerous technicians out for some sort of service call throughout my adult life. NONE of them come close to extending the courtesy / customer service that Jacob displayed. As a former HVAC Tech, I hope I was half as squared away as this young technician is. Christian did a great job fixing our broken faucets in a timely manner. He was really polite, answered all our questions and was out to fix our broken faucet and pipe with a couple of hours of calling them. Thanks so much.
