F.H. Furr Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical

This company is unresponsive. I have a unit in my home that I purchased that is supposed to be covered under (12yr) warranty. For the past 6mos since I have lived here, called and emailed multiple times to get access to service information. Each time a person could not ‘find’ the account despite the copy of the invoice, dates, serial # I have provided. No offer has been made in all these attempts to come to my property to service my unit. Customer service up to management level has never called back as they said they would (Bill Hargan). I even gave them a heads up to contact me to try to resolve before submitting this review. This business has no integrity.

Jonathan was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. His visit was the second evaluation we scheduled for our HVAC/compressor issue, and he went above and beyond compared to the other company we consulted. One standout gesture was his offer to lend us two window units while we wait for our new compressor to arrive—a thoughtful and unexpected surprise that made a big difference for our family. He also recommended a much safer and more reliable type of surge protector than what the other company suggested, showing his attention to safety and long-term protection. Jonathan included a full year of service coverage after the repair and even began the part ordering process before payment, understanding that we’re waiting for our homeowners insurance claim to process. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Jonathan clearly takes great pride in his work, and because of that, I will remain a loyal customer and gladly recommend this company to others.

Jesse was absolutely outstanding! He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely extremely helpful! He diagnose the issue and offered solutions. He contacted FH Furr and scheduled them to come out to give me an estimate. I do not want to work with any other technician. He is the best! I will continue to call on FH Furr because of Jessie!

Jack Campbell did a very thorough job. Very professional but forgot his shoes cover before coming in the house. 😊 He went over details of the maintenance service with patience. Did not feel he was telling me the wrong things. He was awesome, Thank you
