Ray and Rick did our home energy audit. They both were great. They found a small gas leak at the hot water heater that we never would have known about. The balance of the audit went very smoothly with doors being sealed for leaks and areas around the house being sealed. I received a comprehensive report with discounts and rebates. Both were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended

Ray and Rick were great! We had Home Energy Audit done and they were awesome. They explained everything throughly and really helped us out better sealing the home. They could not have been friendlier or more professional.

DO NOT HIRE - I felt like they tried to scam me. My central air conditioning went out and I called F&F for a diagnostic after reading their glowing reviews. Don't believe what you read! They inspected my unit, told me my HVAC system's compressor completely failed, described it as the whole system having a "heart attack," and insisted it used a type of refrigerant that is no longer in production, and thus the entire system would need replacing. Then, they charged me the diagnostic fee AND an additional $175 for "Specialized repair including special order parts, equipment, or additional labor" -- none of which they provided!!! I had sleepless night wondering how I could replace the whole system. Before shelling out on a whole new system, I sought a second opinion. Another technician from a different company came out to the property today to inspect the unit. They got it back up and running by simply PLUGGING IT BACK IN. Sadly, they couldn't help diagnose the original problem because the tech from F&F left everything open and disconnected, so there was no way to tell what initially came undone. I really felt like they were looking to take advantage of me (a women) who don't have expert opinions on this type of home maintenance. I'd rate zero stars if I could!

Tim went above and beyond and also took the time to help me find a more affordable unit that fit my needs and budget. His honesty, patience, and genuine care did not go unnoticed, from thoroughly explaining all my options to guiding me through financing in a way that made everything less overwhelming. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and thoughtful, and I truly appreciate the extra effort and compassion. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a manageable situation.
