I would give 6 stars if I could! Woke up to the water heater leaking all over basement floor. Called Evergreen and they gave a very reasonable quote over the phone. They were out within 30 minutes. They removed the old water heater and installed a new one in record time. Our technician was knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be calling them in the future. We are very happy with our interaction with Evergreen and highly recommend them.

Had these guys come put our huge irrigation system in many years ago and had a repair done two years ago , the guy I talked to on the phone today I asked to have come look at our box cause it's not working correct and his exact words are we can't make it to your house to fix this , what kind of horseshit company is this ?..we spent a ton of money with this company and for him to tell me they can't come repair something they installed is nuts !..my husband and myself are owners of our concrete company and we would necer say this to a past customer !!..they lost me as a customer and I hope people see what kind of a business this is , they only care about getting money from current customers and not past ones !

Drove by my child's school bus while the stop arm was out and my child was in the street. Can't trust them to drive properly and not put children in danger how can you expect them to do anything else properly. Their explanation when I called was that they were "confused and didn't know they had to stop"....for a school bus....with children literally in the road....

If i could give this company a zero stars I would, scheduled an apt from 9-12 no one showed up, no one called, i called at 11:57 was told they will call me back in few to let me know, an hour pass no call no one showed up, called them again 1:14pm. " steve" the person who answered the call said "Josh" just left 20 minutes ago he should have called you 😳 I was like is this a joke, then he proceeded to say they were busy? Ok if you're busy dont schedule so many people... I would never recommend this company to anyone, i would rather pay few extra dollars than lose a whole day of work. Redicoulous service, and had the nerve to tell me if i dont like it go with someone else, which I will. Thanks for wasting my day.

The employees were stellar and thorough. Some confusion when scheduling occurred. Any issues were avoided with good customer/company communication, that is: I did not make any assumptions. I communicated what had been communicated to me with the team. I highly recommend them as an irrigation system service provider.
