When our septic system backed up and was still clogged after having it pumped out, Elite Plumbing came to our rescue! Fernando came out within a few hours after calling, diagnosed the problem, AND FIXED IT THE SAME DAY!! Our issue was fixed AND everything was also brought up to code as well! Sylvia’s customer service is exceptional from start to finish. She’s friendly, courteous and gets the tech scheduled asap. The tech that came was knowledgeable. He taught me how to change the filter for my water heater. I will definitely use Elite in the future and will highly recommend.

The service was outstanding and I appreciated their prompt attention to my situation. I had a roof drain that was clogged and was creating a leak in my home. They addressed the situation immediately in the middle of rain storms. Great crew and I am appreciative for their support and assistance.

Avoid this company like the plague. They installed my main sewer line last December and I've had to dig it up twice in two separate spots to fix their shoddy work. The dang pipes were not even glued together in some spots! Look at the picture (which I shared with the owner) showing no glue on half of the pipe... I had to threaten legal action to get the first mistake fixed. When I made them aware of the second issue (a few months later), the owner told me it was my fault for buying a "crappy house" and told me that I had no claim in court...bottom line, these guys can't be trusted.

Elite Plumbing has been a great help for my home! They installed a new furnace for me in the summer. I needed assistance turning it on for its first time and was worried about the snowstorm coming the next day. Fernando and his team came to the rescue and sent someone to help turn it on in very short notice. They did a good job on the install and a great job continuing to service me after initial install.
