Recently, Justin with Ed Rike Plumbing replaced my father’s old water heater. From start to finish, from initially contacting Ed Rike to Justin’s finishing the job, my father was very pleased. Mike, Jeff and Zach were very professional and friendly. It took a few days to figure out the problem on our AC system, but they did. They were the first company to actually show up when they said they would. This happened during the very high temperatures of late. They kept me informed of any delays of ordering parts for our AC, and any other things that happened along the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are affordable and reliable, the kind of company we like to have to our home when needed. Thanks guys!

Have used Ed Rike plumbing multiple times without issues. Always have been happy with techs. Recent bad experience will likely in the future lead us to look elsewhere. Ed Rike replaced Water Heater about 5-6 weeks ago for $2500, about 3 weeks later we started noticing a sulfur smell with hot water. Ed Rike came out to check and told me the new water heater has a rod and this can happen with Well water(didn’t know this at install) and a “smell free” rod can replace for $550. Otherwise you can cut off the old rod and you water heater won’t last as long. I asked them to just cut it off and took 15 minutes of work. I was charged $220 for this. I asked the tech to reach out to hopefully get some money off due to the new heater, loyal customer who has spent thousands, and why wasn’t it just taken care of on install? They did not provide any discounts. Very much felt like a money grab. I was very disappointed with the business on how this was handled. Maybe it was a sign when I call and the lady answering the phone informs me they have been slow.

Ricky and Justin came to our home to essentially re-do work done by another plumber that has started leaking after only a year or so. They were friendly and attentive to what my spouse wanted done. They had the proper equipment and materials available in their truck and did not have to leave to procure them. The work was done to our satisfaction and my spouse was happy that they even cleaned up after their work was complete. We will certainly use Ed Rike Plumbing again in the future.

Had a major septic tank issue. Called Ed Rike Plumbing who I use for my plumbing issues. Josh and Damon came out and found issues that were going on. They took care of the problem. As before I give them the highest rating possible. They were so professional, courteous and friendly. I was never let in the dark about what was going on. Explained everything. The entire staff from Al Lockwood to the fine gals working the phones I give a 5 star plus rating. Thank you all
