I had such a great experience with E&C ProCraft Plumbing that I had to leave a review. They were super quick to respond when I called about a leak, and someone was out to my house the very next morning. The plumber was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. What really stood out to me was how honest and upfront they were—no pressure, no surprises, just solid work at a fair price. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that kind of service is hard to come by these days. Everything was fixed perfectly and cleaned up before they left. E&C ProCraft was awesome! We had a water heater burst on our 2yr old home while out of town, and he was able to stop a disaster from happening and get it replaced for us as soon as the supply warehouse opened up! He was also able to identify why it most likely burst; due to lack of attention by the builder(like everything else with this house.) We will definitely use Brad again, and I recommend you call him as well if you have any issues. He had all state of the art tools which made it look easy for him.

Brad came out to inspect a line on a new home. Discovered roots had completely infiltrated my drain line. He and his crew were out within the week to replace the section. The house was fully ready to go in under a day. He not only delivered high quality service, he went above and beyond to make sure everything went right.
