Drain Surgeon

These guys were subcontracted from another company. Jose arrived on time, explained his work, and completed the job promptly. He also cleaned up after himself. I would prefer to hire these guys directly next time to avoid the company that subcontracted them, as I was not satisfied with their service.

Joe was my saving grace!! I had been having issues with my toilet backing up for a week and I was unable to locate the clean outs on my property. Joe found them instantly, upon his arrival discovering that they were buried. He came out the very same day I made the call for service. Joe was responsive, kind and professional! I would HIGHLY recommend Joe "THE" Drian Surgeon. Honest, Local, Reliable and Affordable!

These guys came out on short notice and cleaned out the drain for a fair price. Would definitely use them again.

Highly recommended plumbing service for the Santa Fe area! The Drain Surgeon was able to come the same day we called. Our kitchen sink was draining slowly, and the guys were able to snake our pipes and fix the issue. They were courteous, professional, and competent. And very, very reasonable! They'll be my go-to plumbing resource from now on.

I began to have issues with my bathtub drain and then when I washed some towels, I knew there was an issue when water started spewing up in different places around my house. Then about a week or two before, I started having to plunge my two toilets. "What could it be I wondered?" Turn back the clock about a year or so ago, I started to incorporate clean wipes to be clean and add to my daily hygiene. On every package it read "FLUSHABLE WIPES." So of course I believed what I read. WRONG!!! So my issue started a year ago and whatever was originally stuck in my pipes, the wipes just added to it. The house I currently reside in was my parent's first home that they purchased back in the early 1950's-way before I was born. Being the youngest of my siblings, I ended up living here in this large sized (3200 sq foot home,)as a single man after both my parent's passed away. So I called my brother Jack, who has always been there for me and as I started to panic, he said to me, "I'll make some calls in the morning and we'll find someone that will fix the issue. Like always, my big brother came through as he has my entire life (in supporting any issue I need assistance with.) He initially made an early call (way before opening hour's (which is usually 8:00a for most businesses.) The gentleman that answered was Mr. Joe Bernal, Sr. the father of Drain Surgeon owner, (Joey Bernal.) With no time to waste and with three bathrooms and two working showers, things had to be fixed. Within less than three hours, Joey was at my home and by the time I got up and out of the house at 10:40a, he was all done! My brother asked me to walk outside to meet him and thank him, which I pleasantly obliged. Much to my amazement was that the owner (Joey Bernal) was such a young businessman at thirty-something. He was rather kind, polite, and very humble. He educated me on both his findings and what was done to find the culprit. The wipes literally did me in! So my brother and I got to know Joey a bit on a personal level, as we always are very talkative and friendly with our guests. As Joey was about to leave for his next appointment, Jack checked the other bathtub and it just wasn't flowing as he'd hoped. So he ran and asked Joey to check on it before he left. Sure enough, Joey returned, asked for a simple "old fashioned plunger (the redish pink colored one) and gave it a soft "plunge" and sure enough, the flow started... Much to our delight, wheh!!! A huge sigh of relief...But what we both enjoyed most was Joey's humility, knowledge, and the fair price he charged (as Jack paid for the service.) Both Jack and I are very pleased. I told my brother the least I could do is write a review and tell the world of our wonderful experience to start our day off. Sometimes the worry that overwhelms our daily lives is something we've done to ourselves. Had I used common sense, maybe it wouldn't have happened, but it did. And I have a great big brother to thank once again for finding a solution and being my "saving grace." Thank you to the Bernal's and his "Drain Surgeon" mentality for saving the day!!!
