Drain Doctor

I only write reviews for services and businesses I think are exceptionally good— and this is one of those. Every aspect of working with Drain Doctor—from my initial call to the final payment— exceeded my expectations. The two people I interacted with were both very professional, helpful, friendly, straightforward and considerate the whole time. Jorge arrived early, diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it within 10. He then went above and beyond by caulking the toilet (not part of the estimate) and giving me info about what I needed to do to prevent future problems. At the end, when my card declined due to fraud protection, he and the lovely woman in the office (I’m sorry, I can’t remember your name!) were super patient while I fixed the issue. This was my first experience needing a plumber and Drain Doctor was the only one I needed to call. Truly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality plumbing work done fast at a reasonable price! Thanks, guys!

I had a great experience with this plumbing company! From the start, Diana was kind, friendly, and kept me informed, she made scheduling easy and ensured someone would come within the window given. Justin, the plumber, arrived on time, resolved our issue efficiently, and even provided a clear solution to prevent it from happening again. I truly appreciated their professionalism and the way they fit us in on short notice. If another plumbing issue comes up, I know exactly who to call. Thank you, Diana and Justin!

Highly recommend !! They were at my house within 30 minutes of calling. Rocky was very professional, polite and explained everything that he was doing. He had that clog fixed in no time and showed me on the camera where future problems can occur. Will continue to call for future plumbing needs !!

My mom had a plumbing emergency and I called a few other companies to come out. With it being the weekend, we weren’t hopeful that anyone would come until Monday. Fortunately, the Drain Doctors were able to send a technician our way within the hour. Greg was courteous and quick to fix the plumbing issue! 5 stars!

Scott and Vivian with Drain Doctor were amazing! Vivian greeted me on the phone and was able to have Scott come out within 30 minutes. When he got here he quickly assessed the garbage disposal had a crack in it and replaced it right there. Because I rent not own, I got my landlord on the phone and Scott gave him a quoted price including the parts and labor. There wasn’t any confusion, it was very smooth, and my landlord was able to pay over the phone with his card. He worked quickly, promptly, and was great! I’d recommend and absolutely will be requesting Scott if any other issues arise. Thank you to Scott and Vivian! Shoutout to you both. 5 stars all the way!
