I would like to give a HUGE thanks Lee Grimes for helping me get my new AC/Heating unit appointment set up quickly when very reasonable pricing when my current unit gave out. I was in such disarray when my unit gave out on a Friday and he quickly pulled everything together to get me financing and get me on the schedule. GOD bless him. I would also like to thank you Jeremy for coming out to repair and give a temporary fix for my unit when it was giving out on me he found a way to keep it running until I could speak with Lee the next morning. I definitely want to thank Cynthia for getting a technician out to my home immediately on Friday when my unit completely went out. I thank John for coming out and doing all he could to get my unit running and rearranging his schedule to come out and try provide relief/repair to the my unit. I thank Shelley for assisting me on the Accounting side ensuring I received the best discount and I definitely want to thank Erica for getting me financed. Thank you also to Billy for every time I call regarding my unit and having my filters and helping me find a way to keep dust down in my home by providing me a spray. I have been using Luquire for years and it is because of the complete trust I have in this company and the above and beyond efforts they do for their customers to ensure complete satisfaction. I cannot say enough good about this company. Trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and so helpful. From Tina at scheduling to Ken, Chad, Blake, and Peyton I have been so pleased. Having a leak is not fun, but these guys helped me understand the why and how to fix it. They arrived on time and actually went above and beyond for us. Ken and Zack were fantastic! They were knowledgeable and professional and got our problem taken care of in short order. They were very honest about what was going on and took time to explain everything to us so we understood what needed to be done before they began working. They full explained our options. We opted for a conservative approach, and there was no pressure to go with anything more expensive. We highly recommend Ken and Zack!

Ken and Zack from Luquire came out after we had a plumbing issue. Solved the immediate problem but then went the extra mile and came back with the equipment they needed to make sure it did not happen again. Could not be more pleased with their skill and perseverance. Great job.
