I'm a bit late leaving this review for the plumbing work Justin and Micah did in my Glendale home. I needed my basement floor opened up to replace old sewage drain pipes, which involved digging three separate trenches. One was for moving the laundry drains across the basement, another for rerouting a floor drain that was connected to a broken pipe, and the last for replacing some old terra cotta pipe under the floor. Justin was the lead plumber and handled both the initial inspection and the work itself. Both he and Micah were hardworking, polite, and very knowledgeable. Whenever I came downstairs, they took the time to explain what they were doing and even invited me to check things out before they filled the trenches back in. I’d heard from others that this kind of plumbing job can make a huge mess, but Justin and Micah did a fantastic job sealing off the basement with plastic and cleaning up as they went. They wet swept the basement floor several times when they finished, and the mess was much less than I expected. The cement finishing was done well, and Justin even redid some concrete work for an outdoor trough from the downspout, which turned out excellent. The whole team was really friendly and easy to work with. They made the process smooth, and honestly, I almost missed seeing them around when the work was done! I also appreciated that they pointed out things like ground-level access to the basement and reminded me not to flush while the plumbing was disconnected for a bit. Later, when it was time to figure out the next steps for my drain problems, Justin led the camera inspection and explained everything clearly, giving me confidence about the repairs.
