I called regarding an emergency leak at night on a weekend. the technician that communicated with me was understanding and helpful and tried to find alternatives to help my situation. When Adrian, the Daniel's technician arrived for the emergency service call, he was extremely polite and professional and explained all aspects of the repair requirements along with the associated costs. the repair was neat, clean and he cleaned up after himself. Daniels will most definitely be my "go to" plumbing company for all my plumbing and heating repairs. thank you Daniels and Adrian for your assistance in making an otherwise stressful and worrisome situation better!

The technician Kevin Contreras was great help. He called as a heads up before arrival within the time frame provided. The AC was frozen and he was kind enough to return and take a look later in the afternoon to diagnose the issue. We had a time crunch and he worked hard to assess within this time as well, along with verbally communicating the issue with the person for warranty (who annoyingly required a verbal communication from the contractor and wasn't polite about it either). There were a lot of moving parts and Kevin was patient with us in resolving the issue. Thank you so much. I really appreciated it.

Daniels plumbing & A/C are awesome 😎 Robbie Westby the installation sales manager explained what was to be done and by when it would be done . I got the quote on a Tuesday I agreed to the terms and the work was completed on Thursday just like he said it would be . The installers where here on time they were professional they explained how the new system worked they cleaned up after themselves. It was a great experience all around. I would recommend this company highly.

So first I want to say that I have a lot of respect for this place because they do not solicit reviews. And there are other companies on here doing the same work that constantly ask their customers for five star reviews. I know because I have hired people like that before I found Daniel’s. Their technician came out to install a new thermopile in my gas fireplace. He was very neat and clean and respectful. He was quite efficient and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He did a good job and you could feel that additional heat the fireplace put out immediately.

I called to request a technician to look at my roof HVAC units after one of them completely failed, and they scheduled me for an appointment just two days later. On the day of service, the technician thoroughly explained the issues with my HVAC units using detailed visuals and pictures. Both units had reached the end of their operating life (dating back to 2007), and replacement was necessary. That same day, I was immediately scheduled with a sales technician who walked me through the different types of HVAC systems available. I received a clear, detailed quote that included unit descriptions, installation costs, warranty information, crane costs, and even a one-year membership with two maintenance visits. They also informed me about special financing options through Nusenda, which offered excellent rates. I was able to submit my loan application through their company on Friday, received approval by Monday, and by Wednesday my new HVAC units were installed. The entire process only took a week. Their business operations are extremely organized, the technicians were efficient, professional, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly after the installation. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I will absolutely be recommending this company to my neighbors, family, and friends.
