Cut Rate has been servicing our 40+ year old home for over 6 years now. Due to the age of the home, we have had recurrent problems and they have been so patient to work with us over the years. All of their technicians are always very helpful and informative. Courtney in the office is wonderful! She is always very ensures they get a technician out to our home as soon as able. Anytime we’ve had concerns or questions they’ve always been addressed quickly. Dan was out to service the house today. He was thorough, patient, informative and went out of his way to ensure the most current issue was addressed completely. We highly recommend their services and ask for Dan when you call! He does a great job!

During a home inspection a root ball was discovered in our sewer line. Having a deadline to meet for closing I contacted Cut Rate and was able to get a tech out the next day. After we had a better idea of the repair Luke came out and gave a quote, then started the repair. I had a 2 week window to get the job done and they had it completed within 4 days of my initial phone call. Everyone that I interacted with at Cut Rate was incredible. I recently hired Cut Rate Sewer and Drian to replace the septic tank at my house. They kept me in the loop as far as scheduling and the timetable for work to be done. They took care of all of the permitting and inspections to make sure the job was done correctly. The two men who did the work were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
