They didn’t think to turn the water off before working on my pipes.. now my basement has been flooded with water and they still charged me, now I am left with an insurance claim and having to spend more money to have someone else come out and fix my drywall because a inexperienced young man didn’t even know where the water shut off was. Very disappointed in the company as I have used them over the years and referenced them to others.

Knowledgeable, respectful staff from the office to the techs. A new heating system and air conditioning system were installed. The techs worked diligently until the job was completed which I suspect was a lot more work than anticipated. All techs conducted themselves with the highest professionalism. Completely professional from start to finish! Great communication starting with the initial phone call, continuing with email and text confirming the appointment and letting me know when the tech would be there! When Billy showed up, he was great too!! Professional and personable and took the time to get the job done right. Great experience all the way around!

Matthew, Brenden, Luis and Carl are an amazing, professional team that we trust. They consistently exceed our expectations and do a timely and thorough job every time. They worked together to install our new A/C and furnace system with skill and knowledge we know we can rely on. They are a pleasure to associate with, explaining everything clearly and understanding our needs and concerns. They're so courteous and respectful- that makes a huge difference! And they left the area in pristine shape, better than they found it. We trust and rely on them and PPH with all our HVAC and plumbing needs.
