Curtis Total Service

I called Curtis Total Service after my heater finally gave up the Ghost and stopped working on what was one of the coldest nights of the month. Matthew Price as my assigned technician he showed up the same day and got right to work servicing my unit. It didn’t take him too long to clean the unit and diagnose the problem. Matthew was able to determine that my unit had a bad inducer, motor, and gas valve. Matthew was quick to locate the parts he needed and went out of his way to pick them up almost an hour away! He returned close to midnight and stayed until 3am to finish the job right and ensure I didn’t freeze to death that night, Matthew was a real trooper, very polite, and very knowledgeable! And my dog Mozillla really loved him!

Kevin was incredibly informative and thorough when servicing our HVAC system. He took his time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience and friendliness, and paid close attention to detail throughout the visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine customer care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! When our existing AC service company went out of business during the last heat wave only Curtis was there to save us! Brian in the office was amazingly sympathetic to our needs and Will was out there the next day to help us cool off while the parts for the fix were ordered. His knowledge, experience and great bed-side manner were a godsend. When the parts came in Will and John came right out and made quick work of the final repair. They both were wonderful and I'm now a loyal customer! Thank you guys!!

Sam Lead Technician and his crew were excellent with the installation of my HVAC system. My old heating system died and created quite a problem with the house needing renovations and Curtis was willing to work in between all of that with me . Sam, Braidon, and Miles and the rest of the crew went above and beyond. They work as a team. They were knowledgeable, customer oriented, and respectful of my property. Curtis, the company, also worked with my insurance adjuster to get financial reimbursement as a result of my oil heating incident. It’s my first time with an electrical heating air conditioning system through the whole house and I have high hopes for a great system. Curtis also included a three year gold card coverage that will save me money as well. I recommend Curtis Total Service.
