We contacted Crown Plumbing after experiencing a drain backup in our bathrooms. While other plumbers would just hydro-jet your drain line regardless of the condition of your drain pipes, they inspected our main drain and diagnosed various issues, including root damage and partial collapse due to rusting. They replaced our main drain and dug underground to avoid breaking the bathroom tiles! Luis led a team of very experienced plumbers throughout the whole project. Luis was very helpful and transparent about the status and pros and cons of the job. He also provided confidence and great customer service. If you need to diagnose major plumbing issues, need to repipe or replace old drains, water lines, or gas lines in your home or business, I would recommend Crown Plumbing.

I picked them originally because of their rating and everything that they could do -- one stop shopping. Boy was I surprised. They are far more wonderful to deal with then what their rating is. They are on time, clean up each day, and each day the project manager stops by to make sure everything is on track and his dates and commitments are met. The work is supreme. We had 2 clogged toilets and so called plumbing. Mike was very sweet and tried helping, so I am not rating him but the service in general. He couldn’t solve the issue the same day and gave me an elaborate plan for what needs to be done further. I had guests coming in a few hours and needed a solution the same day. He gave me an estimate of ~$1200 to resolve the issue at a later date. This wasn’t helpful for me at all. I had to call a different plumber who most likely did the same things Mike recommended, finished the job in 2 hours and charged me half the price. This was way more helpful in comparison. Also, I will likely be paying a visit charge of ~$250 for Mike’s visit.

Our technician was Sal. Definitely knew his business. He was able to do the repair after another plumber gave up after encountering a frozen set screw. Crown got the job done in a day after tracking down vintage parts. The valve was manufactured in 1987 so it wasn't just sitting on a shelf. So knowledgeable, fast, competent. But not cheap. You know the saying about jobs: can be done well, fast and expensive or slow, cheap, well done, fast cheap and poorly done. Fast and cheap can never go together. So expect it to cost but be well done.
