Marcus cut my wires, took my metal cover off the breaker box, see attached photos and left this dangerous situation; I didn’t see this until last night after he left. I told Marcus about the fuse that Matt replaced on 5/17/2025. Marcus didn’t get here until 6:40pm, my appointment window was from 2-4pm; I lost 1.5 hours of pay to be home for my A/C repair. I called Conway after Marcus refused to do at least a temporary fix; since he said his supervisor would be out Monday with someone else, not knowing at that time that Marcus had cut my wire and disconnected other wires. He never told what the problem was and what needed to be done or what he was doing. After I spoke with someone at Conway, Marcus Hayes sent a $0.00 service option saying I refused his option and opened his door, he opened his door and got in I stood at door and kept asking him to call his supervisor so I could tell him I need air because it’s hot and I’m elderly. I was told it would be almost $400.00 and when I asked to speak to his supervisor he wouldn’t; before I was able to speak to him & yes when I asked him to replace the fuse because the one from 5/17/2025 could have been bad & he was trying to drive off, again I refused to pay the almost $400; i begged him to please replace the fuse temporarily no matter how long it lasted, since he said his supervisor & someone would come out Monday. I just needed some air now. I’m elderly & have been living here 8 years and my Lennox HVAC is only 8 years old I’ve never had anyone wanting to replace my wires. Also, I didn't appreciate him being rude and cutting me off, I said it’s because he had other jobs that would pay and I was a free customer to rectify the correction for the $175 that I had already paid. I constantly asked Marcus would he want his grandmother to be without air in the heat for 2 days and have someone disrespect & cut her off like he did; and I’m the customer? I guess he didnt see me as a customer since it was a $0.00 service call. Truly disappointed and need someone to come and fix the damages and fix my A/C today.

The service from Conway has always been excellent. The servicemen and women are always top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and effective. Jason Wright, our technician this time, was fantastic. He went above and beyond in servicing our A/C unit. The service is covered by our annual contract. The only negative thing I have to say about Conway is that they have been terrible in keeping appointments. They either didn’t show or rescheduledI this service so many times that I gave up. It should’ve been done in March or April, but was just now done yesterday, August 8. And, as wonderful as the technician was, our appointment was scheduled between 2 PM and 6 PM on a Friday and the technician did not show up until 6:04pm. We figured it was just going to be another no-show. I do want to emphasize that Jason was really great. It’s the scheduling system that Conway lacks that is the problem.

Excellent service, they came out for my AC tune up in a quick and timely manner. Charlie was very nice and helpful. He even helped me with my leaking water hose valve! He offered me other products like the UV system for allergies, I will definitely consider in the future! Thank you Conway Services!

Service has always been satisfactory. But dealing with scheduling and technicians arriving in a timely manner has been frustrating. Today's service was performed by Charlie S. He made me feel so much better about making a major purchase with Conway. His professionalism, knowledge and willingness to ensure I was informed was very much appreciated. And, he was on time! Charlie gets five stars. Thank you Charlie

*****ELDERLY BEWARE***** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY these people are crooks. I called in for a service call to see why my elderly mom AC wasn’t blowing cold air. The tech Donnie didn’t try to fix the issue he look at the unit and said it’s 13 years old you need a new unit. How would he know this if he didn’t try to fix it? He called a sales guy out to my home by the name of Klaeton Welch he was unprofessional tried to sell me a 14,500 dollar unit with 7,000 in finance charges for 7 years $261 a month. He was pushy kept forcing me to sign the documents getting mad acting like a kid because I didn’t want to sign. How you going to force me to sign something because I want to shop around and get other companies opinions. I saved myself 21,000 dollars by calling another company who came to fix the issue. I text him to cancel my application no response I email him as well no response which is fine I guess he’s wiping the tears away after realizing he couldn’t scam me or my 70 year old mother. The other company said if we can’t fix it we won’t charge you. They got me and my family up and running AC blowing cold out of my 13 year old unit. It’s nothing wrong with my unit I plan to keep it for many more years. Stay far away from CONWAY. Highway Robbers and SCAMMERS! I added the photo of what needed to be replaced which the other company replaced with no problem!
