Collins Pacific did an excellent job routing gas pipes to my kitchen for a new stove. A few days later, I realized my AC wasn’t working and suspected something may have happened during the attic work. I called the company, and without hesitation, they sent out an HVAC tech, Joe, who quickly found the issue and fixed it with his colleague Matt. They exceeded every expectation, and I am very pleased with their quality of service and expertise. I’m grateful for this reputable company that stands behind its work. I had to come on Google and write a review, because I am astounded by their honesty and accountability. They addressed the problem right away and made it right. Their communication is excellent, too. They send tracking links so you know exactly when they’ll arrive. Accidents happen, but very few companies handle them with this level of integrity. I cannot stress enough how important it is to schedule service with a reputable company. They are one of few companies in San Diego with almost 5 star reviews, for good reason. I had a fantastic experience working with Joe on my HVAC system. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and easy. His communication was top notch as he let me know right away when he was running a bit behind and gave me what felt like a very honest and straightforward assessment of my system. After getting a few quotes elsewhere, Joe’s pricing stood out as fair and reasonable, which gave me a lot of confidence in moving forward. He did a thorough deep clean on my HVAC units, and the difference has been amazing. They are running like new and the unpleasant smell that was coming from the system is completely gone. When Dahshon arrived, he was punctual, professional, and incredibly kind. He diagnosed and cleared our stubbornly clogged sink in no time at all. There was a water leak at the front of of the that was due to a pipe damaged as a result of some repairs being done at my next door neighbor. Oliver from Collins Pacific plumbing did a very good job first by thoroughly explaining where the leak was coming from, showed the broken pipe, what needs to be done. After all is said and done he cleaned the area very well too. A nice guy . I hope there’s not going to be a problem anytime soon but Collins Pacific Plumbing is one to call !

Rick here on Kauai, is an outstanding plumber and someone we’ve come to rely on time and time again.
