Billy was awesome, great communication of arrival times, what we were looking at fixing (toilet and shower), providing several options to go with, plus he was a very pleasant guy, very personable and considerate. Billy was able to get everything done within a couple hours, cleaned up beautifully and put pieces (wall) back in place. Will always use Colepepper Plumbing, this is my 2nd time and they really do a fabulous job.

Ian and Matt did an outstanding job! I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. From start to finish, they were professional, polite, and extremely informative about every step of the process. I had a major plumbing issue in my kitchen that required cutting into the wall behind my refrigerator. Not only did they handle it efficiently, but they also went above and beyond by installing a custom "trap door" for future access—an incredibly thoughtful and practical touch. Nate came in today to replace our upstairs broken toilet. He worked quickly and efficiently and left our bathroom neater than I remember. Good quality service and very respectful. I would hire them again.
