Code 3 Plumbing and Drain

The team at Code3 did an excellent job cleaning my drains and servicing a few other plumbing issues. Derek was great to work with and answered all of my questions. Anna was exceptional on getting things scheduled for the job to be completed. I highly recommend Code3 and will be using them for future plumbing concerns.

Everyone, lady on the phone to the installers were great and professional. Derek was very courteous and well educated in this area. The installers were fast, professional, knowledgeable and polite. All these attributes really put my mother in law and me at ease. Now I know why Tucker, my neighbor, uses your company. You came highly recommended and you did not disappoint. I hope I never need a plumber, but if I do I know who I’m calling. Thank you all very much. God Bless.

I had a great first experience with Code 3 Plumbing and Drain. They had someone at my house within two hours (on an already fully scheduled day) to repair a major clog in my bathtub — 30 minutes later they had it fixed for a reasonable charge. They even took the time to clean up their work area! Would use them again and again, I highly recommend you do as well.

Derek did an amazing job for us! Prompt, so kind, and very good at what he does. Went above and beyond!! Made a couple trips due to me making a mistake on what color faucet we had and was so kind about it with no hassle.

Derek Burton came and his service was awful. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would rate him. He did not fix my toilet and expected me to pay him $100 for coming out to check it out. I was never told that there is a charge just for coming by to see what’s wrong, only if they fix the issue, which HE NOT FIX. He told me that I need a new toilet and it would cost $450-500. I told him I don’t have that money and if we can negotiate. I said, I am okay with $350 if he replaces my toilet and he said no. I said how about $400,? He said no that he won’t make any money and walked away. He also threaten to bill me just for coming to check it out and said he will send it to collection. Worst service I ever had!! I normally work with Toby the owner and was expecting him to come. Toby was amazing that’s why I kept coming back to Code 3 Plumbing so I hope he will call me to help me out, because I can’t get a hold of him now.
