Clear flow replaced a back flow preventer in my building, everything went smoothly and Rolando was very punctual, responsive and flexible with pricing.

Toilet repair lasted only three days past their 30 day warranty, and failed worse than the original problem. The materials they used were cheap and flimsy enough that I’m surprised they lasted 35 days. While completing the requested work, they broke the lid off of my toilet seat, placed it on top of the toilet, like nothing was wrong, and left without telling me. When I ran out to the truck to ask them about it, they just said it wasn’t their fault because the lid was old anyway. I have the names of my service people, but I am not going to list them here, because I’m not sure if this was their own failing, or whether they were following poor company policies. Either way, my experience was unacceptable, and I would never recommend.

I was referred to Clear Flow Plumbing and I am so glad I called. The owner Barry came over and looked at our issue, which was a cast iron drain pipe that was leaking. He gave us the quote and we need to get other work done prior to him coming. We fixed the issues and then he arrived, him and his son came, fixed the pipe by cutting the old pipe out and replaced it with a PVC pipe. They were fast and just so professional. They are now our go to plumber. Great guy, great Company!! 5 Stars!!
