We are so pleased with the service provided by City Creek Plumbing. We were able to talk to Ashley over the phone, get an estimate, and schedule a service appointment on our first attempt to contact him. He has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. He installed a new water heater for us and solved our water pressure issues as well. Very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier. First time ever we feel we finally found someone we can recommend to family and friends.

I had a great experience with City Creek Plumbing. I was able to receive a (ball park) quote over the phone, which is pretty rare in the plumbing industry. The tech showed up at the scheduled time and called before hand to let me know he was on the way. Ashley is a true professional and has years of experience under his belt. I will definitely be contacting City Creek for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

We contacted City Creek Plumbing about doing the plumbing for our basement finish. We also had him install a water softener. Ashley was prompt in all of his responses and very knowledgeable about everything. He gave us advice but also listened to what we wanted. He made everything so easy. I just had my tankless water heater replaced. My husband and I are very happy with the installation. Ashley and his team were on time and got started right away. The install looks clean and professional and the unit is working great. We were even notified of the rebates offered by Questar to help recoupe some of the costs.
