This is the best plumbing company. I worked with Aaron and he was extremely competent, reliable, and friendly. He was responsive on a weekend and committed to getting the whole job done right and cared about the details. Our faucet had lost water pressure due to faulty work by a different plumbing company - he fixed this, educated me along the way - and then also fixed our original issue related to a dishwasher leak - and even helped fix our shower water pressure and toilet installation as well to really make things in our home work better. The office and Nicole were also very helpful with clear communication and help accommodating our schedule. I highly recommend Chosen Rooter & Plumbing and in particular, Aaron was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Thank you!

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough — incredibly professional, thorough, and genuinely invested in doing quality work. I’ve been working with Nate and Aaron, and both have gone above and beyond to help me out every step of the way. They completed a massive amount of work on my property, including installing a liner, a full water filtration system, and redoing much of the plumbing under my house. During a separate construction project, Aaron did an inspection for me and uncovered serious issues that would’ve gone unnoticed — issues that could have caused major damage if left unresolved. Their work quite literally saved my house. Aaron also made thoughtful recommendations, like installing a Moen device that automatically shuts off the water if a leak is detected — something I hadn’t even considered but now gives me serious peace of mind. Trustworthy, skilled, and responsive — exactly what you want in a plumbing team.

Omar was the service technician who arrived today at my home and he made the whole experience very easy and pleasant. He explained things thoroughly and patiently as he investigated the entire scope of the problem. And he was able to consult with his supervisor and provide me an estimate the same day which I have found is quite rare.

I have literally no idea how this plumbing company is so highly rated. I was assigned them through my home warranty last summer to come fix a running toilet. They told me a part needed to be ordered and they would get back to me. Later, they came back saying the part could not be found for this toilet that is LESS THAN five years old, strange. They said the whole toilet would have to be replaced, at which point my father in law figured out the chain was too long and catching. Obviously an extremely easy fix. It came to light that THIS WAS AN EXPENSIVE TOILET AND THEY WERE TRYING TO STEAL IT! This happened almost a year ago and the toilet is working fine to this day. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Or, at the very least please be extremely wary of their intentions.

We have hired Chosen Rooter and Plumbing multiple times and had a first class experience each time. Most recently, we worked with Jimmy, who diagnosed and resolved multiple issues with our shower. Jimmy was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable about issue we were dealing with. He investigated a few different possible solutions before recommending the highest value option to us. We had a great experience with Jimmy. We have also had an excellent experience with Edgar, who has been here to fix multiple issues that we had: a leak we had, and an issue with the drain in our bathtub. Chosen Rooter and Plumbing is extremely responsive and easy to get in touch with. We are grateful that they are nearby.
