My father had a major water leak under the slab in his driveway. As a contractor myself, it’s hard to trust others with plumbing repairs, especially when I can’t be there. I reached out to a few companies, but when I called Chase & Sons Plumbing, their customer service was excellent and I immediately felt comfortable. Walter spoke with me and suggested a better solution than what others recommended—there was no need to break the slab, which saved us a lot of money. They handled the pipe repair quickly and with a great attitude. My father and I are very grateful for their honest work. I highly recommend them to family and friends for any plumbing needs.

I want to give a big shout out to Blake and his team for doing a fantastic job with the plumbing work in our Fresno home! Blake found and repaired a problem we’d had under our kitchen sink and dishwasher area for a long time. There was a slow leak that led to a mildew smell, but Blake carefully checked everything, used his plumbing skills, and fixed it for good. While he worked, his coworkers brought the necessary supplies, helped with the repairs, and made sure everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was. Everyone was polite, respectful of our home, and made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely call them again if I need a plumber in the future!

My main sewer line kept backing up, so I reached out to a new plumbing company for help. Curtis, the plumber who came to my house, used a camera to check the pipes and quickly found the issue. He was able to fix everything the same day, and the price was very reasonable compared to what I was quoted before. From the friendly receptionist who took my call to Curtis who did the repair, the whole team provided excellent service. I haven't had any issues since the repair. I definitely recommend this plumbing company and will use them again if I ever need more work done. Great job!

Our renters let us know that water wasn't draining from the utility tub, kitchen sink, bathtub, and toilet. We called our usual plumber, but this time the issue was with the ejector/grinder pump, and he couldn't fix it. So, we reached out to Chase & Sons Plumbing, who had installed the pump and sewer line years ago. They responded quickly and started checking the problem. Jerome and Walter worked on the job and were very friendly, patient, and kind. The job turned out to be bigger than expected, so they needed to come back the next day with a backhoe. They pulled out the pump and found it was covered in tree roots, making things more complicated. While figuring out the next steps, I remembered that the sewer lines had been updated a couple of years ago, which could help solve the problem. Jerome got right to work, talking to the right people and making calls to the local departments to help us out. Thanks to his hard work and positive attitude, they found a way to fix the problem and save us money. Even after getting sprayed with sewer water, Jerome stayed upbeat and focused on helping us. The job is finished, the renters have water again, and we are very happy with the results.

I highly recommend Chase & Sons Plumbing! I recently had my old gas water heaters swapped out for a new tankless system. This was a pretty big job, but the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. Frank explained everything clearly and handled all the planning. He and Curtis did the installation, and both were professional, friendly, and really knew their stuff. You could tell they paid close attention to detail and took real pride in their work. The final result is excellent—the tankless water heater looks great both inside and out. Even the inspector mentioned how well everything was done.
