From start to finish our experience with Lowden Plumbing, Heating and Solar was amazing and extremely professional. The owner, Joshua Bass was very professional from the get go and was able to schedule us quickly and efficiently. Ryan, the technician who was sent, was excellent. Answered every question we had, was extremely neat and cautious and didn't leave a mess to clean up. Technician assessed the problem with the air conditioner, suggested different options, decided to try a new capacitor after deciding the old one tested a little low rather than replacing the fan motor at this time to see if that would fix the problem. He then started and restarted the conditioner several times and each time it would run correctly. It ran fine and when we left to go out of town it was running and cooling fine. We were out of town till Monday afternoon and when we came home the fan had froze up again.
