I just need to give a well deserved shout out to Dylan and his helper for coming out for a well overdue emergency on Saturday. He seemed so young to me but he knew exactly what the problem was and knew how to fix it. He took his time and although it took him a good at least 5 hours I think, close enough probably, he got the job done and fixed it to better than it was before I even moved into the home. Thank you so much Dylan! By the way, my daughter loves being able to take a bath now!!! I appreciate it!

Dylon was right to the point, super efficient! He asked me to text him pics of the issue the day before, called to tell me what time to expect him, had the correct parts and knew exactly what to do. He showed me the parts he replaced and explained what caused the problem. I couldn't be happier with this service and they will be my first call next time!
