Catons Plumbing, Drains & Water Cleanup

Major upgrade to my plumbing system! Moved into my remodel home and a week later the plumbing failed. Catons Plumbing ANSWERED THE CALL! No delays in replacing my main sewer line and replacing main cutouts. They even CAPPED OFF THE BASEMENT CLEAN OUT AND MOVED IT OUTSIDE!!! For my plumbing issues, I have always turned to Caton’s Plumbing Service and throughout the years, I had them redo my downspouts, in which they trenched and put in underground piping, fixing my loose toilet, unclogging the Baltimore County Line from the clean out to the main where there is a collapsed pipe just before the main that when it clogs, allows raw sewage to back up into my basement. This has been going on for years, but this time I recently learned that they provide cleanup. I utilized that service and other then filling out some documents, they handled everything with my insurance company. Ryan did a fantastic job of installing a powder bath vanity. There were some significant complications as the p-trap and plumbing from the previous vanity did not work with the new vanity. He had to cut into the wall and connect additional PEX pipes. It was definitely more complex than expected and he did a lot of troubleshooting along the way to get the best result. We’re very happy with his work!

From start to finish it was a great experience! Gimel was prompt in coming to my home to quote me and was incredibly personable. Got me a quote the same day and was able to get the job completed almost immediately. The workers who came were also fantastic - keeping me both entertained and updated and I was more than happy with their work.
