Cactus Plumbing And Air

Enjoying a nice Sunday when all of a sudden the water to my whole condo building shuts off mid laundry and dishwasher cycle. Cactus Plumbing showed up to one of the neighbors houses and decided it would be a good idea to shut the water off for the entire building without any notice. After calling them to find out what was going on, the representative told me the owner of the unit was responsible for letting them know that its a shared water line. Not to mention there's a shut off valve for each individual unit but who needs to worry about that when you can shut the entire buildings water off? This company is a joke.

Very happy with service tonight, had a shower emergency . Nick said he’d be done by 10pm and he was out the door before 10. He did a great job, was very thorough as well. I’m thankful for him

Cactus plumbing saved the day! (Or late night actually). Started with the receptionist setting me at ease, letting me know they wouldn’t bail on me and would definitely come and take at least a look. But Rodrigo the tech that showed up stole the spotlight. He came at 1 am with a positive attitude and helpful suggestions. He gave me what I thought was definitely a fair estimate. He fixed my issue with ease using just what he had stocked on his truck. Rodrigo I can’t thank you enough! Will definitely refer and use Cactus (requesting Rodrigo) for any future needs.

Our plumber, Jarod Fritz, did a wonderful job! We were very impressed with his skill, knowledge, courteous manner and experience. He completed all 3 jobs at hand in a timely manner, he is valuable asset and representative of Cactus Plumbing!
