I have used Cabo for my home and business several times and every time has been terrific. They respond with urgency and their work quality is top notch! Highly recommend..

Do NOT use!! Invoiced for $134/hr to be told after 45 minutes, no leak could be found in my bathroom. Said the ceiling below my bathroom was due to needing caulk around my shower hardware and said that would fix the issue. Called them back out because, guess what? The Leak was still there!! Same guy and the OWNER came out. Scoped my walls, cut out drywall and could not find a leak. Proceeded to tell me they would replace my entire bathroom for $6000. HA!! Then caulked around the edge of my tub and said that would hold any further leaky for now. Received an additional $268 invoice. The dates were the same as the 1st invoice. When I questioned them, they said “they tightened my shower head”. So that my friends cost me $402. DO NOT USE THEM.

I had to have a new water heater installed and my sump pump was clogged. Called late afternoon on a Friday and he returned my call and came out the same day. He got me going for the weekend and returned Monday to complete the job. Would highly recommend this company. Very personable guy and down to earth. Would absolutely use them again.

2 days before a planned trip to visit our Grandchildren, our hot water heater decided to quit working. I called Cabo and talked with Emilee . I told her the problem and she said she would get prices for me and call me back. She called me back within the hour and gave me prices. She stated Edgar could not come that day but could come the next to install. We set it up and Emilee was very sweet and answered all the questions I had for her. When Edgar & Bill showed up the next day to install they were very respectful of our home by putting down tarps from the front door, over the basement steps and all the way to the back room where the water heater was located. They installed the new heater, took away the old and was very nice. I would recommend them.
