Butler Heating & Air Conditioning Repair

We got home from vacation to find our air conditioning not working properly. I called Butler and within 2 1/2 hours we were cooling again. Andrew the technician did an awesome job- was super knowledgeable about what needed fixed and what options we had. Great service today!

I have been a loyal customer of Butler Heating and Air for over 25+ years. They always have done a fine job when servicing my heat and air-conditioning. However, the last couple times I've called in for service. Butler has been unable to accommodate a morning appointment, even with a 5 day notice. Butler was OK with me getting another Heating and Air company to take care of my AC problem. They must be getting to big to help out their loyal customers.

Andrew was efficient, professional, and patient with my dog who greeted him. I have used Butler for years and recommend them. The maintenance agreement is a good plan.

Andrew did an excellent job doing my summer checkup on my air conditioner. I always have great service from Butler. Everyone has been friendly and helpful.

Butler and Andrew have taken great care of us over the last few months - we couldn’t figure out what our issue was with our furnace and Butler/Andrew kept coming out without complaint. We ended up deciding a new furnace was needed on a Thursday and Butler was installing on Monday! Always appreciate company we can count on!
