Great experience with Bryant Group Inc. They handled a range of issues at our property, from small repairs to more complex fixes, and every job was done with professionalism and precision. Stan and Mike were punctual, friendly, respectful, and cleaned up thoroughly after every job. Highly recommend Bryant Group, Inc to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled professionals.

We used Bryant Group for our regular sprinkler maintenance in our home. I was really pleased with the customer service and pricing we got. The person who helped me over the phone and email was great with answering my questions and scheduling the maintenance. The guy, Randy, that came was out was friendly, professional and thorough. He explained all of the work he was going to do and set expectations on when it would all be completed. He was a good communicator throughout the whole process.

Bryant is the best. Joy, the service manager, is super responsive and has gotten us help quickly. Not just quick help but great help--we've had Stan and Randy come out for various things and no matter the severity of the issue, they were handled. Nice enough to take the time to explain to me what the issue was and how they fixed it, so I can learn/understand what to look for if a similar issue happens again. Stan and Randy are also very patient with our overly excited golden retriever puppy, she likes to play with them and follow them around the house which they don't mind. That's so much nicer than me feeling like I have to apologize for her the whole time! 10/10 couldn't recommend Bryant--Joy, Stan, Randy, and the rest of the service team--more!

Worked with them several times during the warranty period of my new home and they have thoroughly addressed every issue we've had thus far. To take it a step further, they noticed piping that was done sloppily (the pipes were visible in our unfinished basement) that had nothing to do with the issue they were called for and took the time to explain why it could turn into a serious issue in 5-10 years time and we were able to get it taken care of while we still had it under warranty. On top of that, Brandon has offered great tips and advice on maintaining the appliances and handling very simple component replacements so that we aren't overly reliant on expensive services to address minor problems. Phenomenal experience with them so far and I honestly have nothing negative or even critical to add, not even to artificially balance out this excessively glowing review. I will surely be relying on them in the future.
