Excellent overall experience. Brown Brothers were able to show up on a holiday weekend to help in an emergency. The entire team was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and craft of doing it the right way. Would highly recommend.

While I was satisfied with the end result, and they did an excellent job in the end, I was without heat and hot water for 7 days which was a huge inconvenience. I realize they had several obstacles to overcome due to my old system and I really appreciate their diligence it was a complicated job

As always, great communication and service from Brown Brothers. Curtis assessed our old leaking water heater, taking time to explain our options without trying to upsell us. The guys who installed the new water heater were efficient, thorough and took the time to explain what we needed to know. Great local company!

They went to my dad’s house and added coolant and told him that his compressor needed to be replaced but what they did should last through the winter. A week and a half later no air conditioner and out 1000.00 , which they had charged him. . Would not recommend using this company unless you want to lose money!!!

Excellent service by Will. He informed us that we could obtain the part that needed to be replaced free of charge from American Standard. We were impressed by his honesty. We will definitely call Brown Brothers the next time we need a Plumber.
