Black Cat Plumbing has done two jobs for me over the past month - they replaced my water heater, and replaced my kitchen faucet three weeks later. I noticed a leak from my water heater on Sunday, sent them an email via their ‘contact us’ link on the website. They called me the next morning and replaced it on Tuesday. Their service was efficient and reasonably priced. I had an equally good experience with having my faucet replaced. I highly recommend Black Cat Plumbing, a local business!

We had Black Cat install a new kitchen faucet, drink faucet and water filter. They came on time, installed it quickly and were fairly priced. Great Milwaukee East Side plumber!

They were able to get us scheduled in a timely manner, avoiding the cost of an emergency service; they provided a short and convenient arrival window relative to other professional trade services I have used, and even arrived near its beginning. The co-owner Shaun was actually the plumber who did the job, and he was incredibly kind, generous with his expertise, and he ensured a great deal of confidence in the obvious high quality of the work done. He even shared some excitement about a decommissioned lead "bell trap" still in the bowels of our home, it was very endearing, and fun to learn a bit about the infrastructure history of our house. The price was eminently reasonable, and we are back to enjoying our bathroom with peace of mind. I couldn't recommend them any higher and will be utilizing their skills for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future!
