I have used Birmingham Plumbing many times over the last few years. The owner is always very responsive when I’ve reached out for service requests. When on site, the team is always very knowledgeable and timely about making any needed repairs. They also offer suggestive advice on repairs that could improve the overall quality of my water system. I called Brandon the owner, he said. Always busy which is understandable, however he promises to call back and doesnt if he answers. Not responsive, Not a reliable person. Poor business. Would not recommend 😕. Would give 0 if I could.
