They are working on a business next to the one I’m currently at getting my hair cut. They have their trucks parked all over taking up the best customer parking making customers of the other businesses have to park farther away. Several of their trucks are taking up two spots and one is even parked in a handicap reserved spot. I can’t speak to the quality of their work, but if this is the kind of consideration and lack of respect they show to the people they work next to, I would definitely consider using someone else. Adding the original post. As I was leaving from getting my hair cut, I pointed out to one of plumbers that they were block part of a handicap parking space. His response was they could just park in the dashed space next to the spot. I explained to him that the dashed space is there so that vehicles equipped with a ramp have enough room for the ramp to come down and to be able to maneuver a wheelchair on and off the ramp. His response was, “Well, the wheelchair will just have to figure out how to make it work”. So not only do they have no consideration for the neighbors they are working around, but they have no regard for those with mobility disabilities. Do you really think a business that treats people this way is going to treat you well as client?

The crew and the work performed was great, and then I got the bill. All I wanted was the boiler turned on for winter and they sent 2 people who were at the house less than an hour. I get the bill and it's $600.00 plus tax. I'm just stating the facts. You can decide if you want to use this company.

My brother worked for them for many years. Long story short great people with great service I would consider using them for all your plumbing needs. Once again thanks for for what you did for me in my time of lock and need. Tell your dad hi for me

Big M is terrific! They replaced our old jacuzzi tub with a new soaker tub. Quick, efficient, polite, personable, best price and absolutely no mess. No damage to the surrounding tile. We definitely recommend Big M to family, friends, and others who need great plumbing work done well at a very reasonable price.

After working with two other plumbing companies who failed to fix my radiant heating system/boiler, Big M had it working in about an hour. What i really liked is that they knew what they were doing. i know that sounds funny, but the other two companies sent over some very junior employees who spent lots of time, changed a few parts, and charged me lots of money. the guys they sent over diagnosed the problem quickly and it has been working better than it has for years. i will call on these guys again
