Bi-State Drain Cleaning

We were in a real pickle - until we got ahold of these guys! I was able to get a quick response about our problem and an even faster repair. We just recently purchased our home and were already apprehensive about the money this might cost us -but it was more than an affordable price for their time and amazing service. I even asked if he could explain the issue to me and I was given a thorough response and resolution. We will definitely be calling Bi-State Drain Cleaning Services given the situation ever arises again!

They were quick to show up, however, they did not manage to unclog our storm drain and not much time was spent attempting to. They also damaged one of our shrubs unfortunately. The charge was $225 for ~20 minutes of the attempted work. While this may not reflect all their work, we were disappointed in the quality of service of this job.

This was a heck of a job. I could not get the new refrigerant lines through the chase, in the foundation. I got ahold of the plumber Bi-State, and it was look'n like it was gonna be next day service. My phone rang an hour, or so later, and he made time for us that evening. We never did get through that chase but I appreciate the fastest service he could give us. Some places, no matter how hard you try, won't let your tools get to it. This job would have required a jack hammer, and we just decided to take the lines through the attic, Chris CW Heat & Air
