Best bay plumbing went above and beyond when it came to an issue with our spare bathroom toilet. It happened on Sunday morning and I reached out to Russell and Best Bay right away. Russell was professional, easy to work with, and told me he’d have someone out first thing Monday. He put me on the schedule and had Roberto show up to complete the work first thing Monday, just like he said. It was fixed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended . Russell the manager and Roberto our technician were very professional and prompt. We had a few things done (water heater, outside water line and toilet repairs) We felt very confident in Roberto's work as he was very knowledgeable and constantly explaining the processes. We were made to feel comfortable with the frequent updates and rapid responses. All jobs are completed and running well! They definitely have a great team!
