Dave was very professional, conversant, explained everything, and is a bit of a perfectionist in his work, which are all good qualities. He performed a warranty repair on my water heater (a corroded heating element) at no charge to me. I highly recommend recommend having a service contract 😉

We were so pleased with the timely and thorough service, especially during an emergent situation. Our technician, Ira, was top-notch - he was extremely kind and explained the needs and repairs completely, and his work ethic was impressive.

Don’t have professional tools and extremely unreasonable price on top of $99 evaluation fee even the clogging issue WASN’T resolved. They sent another contractor in on the 2nd day mainly aiming at collecting the payment since he just did a brief attempt and claimed we need to replace the drainage pipe. That is, we spent $600+ for nothing! We eventually let him go and call for Mr. Rooters for an attempt. Mr. Rooters offers free estimate, comes with professional tools, and eventually solves the clogging issue with half of Benjamin Franklin’s price.
