Wayne Keeling arrived in the early part of the time window, triaged the situation as a leaking disposal, took data and photos, gave me an estimate, and assigned it to his installer Manuel. Manuel arrived within an hour, with the specific disposal, had it installed, working, and area cleaned up within 35 minutes. Total professional business model, with triage of specific issues by a senior-level plumber, phone support and scheduling, text updates, area clean-up, cordial support and employees, and the well-trained Manuel, fully completed his job in minutes.

Plumber technician Wayne Keeling met our expectations. Our grandson let go of a toy and flushed it down the toilet before we realized it was too late. Wayne came to the rescue.
