I have used Barker Plumbing for all my plumbing issues since 2020. Always receive Great service and they are very knowledgeable I called them on Friday 11-29 because I had no water on Thanksgiving Day. Chris came out within a couple of hours and assessed the situation for me. He was unable to fix the issue because it ended up being my well pump. However, he called his contact at Allabaugh Well Co. for me and helped me arrange for them to come out. New well pump was installed same day. Highly recommend Barker Plumbing.

They were scheduled to come out through HSA to look at and diagnose our water heater. They called to confirm that they were replacing the water heater which HSA told me was not supposed to happen without their approval. I tried to talk to them about what HSA was telling me and the woman on the phone got very angry at me, trying to guilt trip me because they had already ordered the parts. I ended up calling HSA and having them cancel it. They tried to get me to give Barker a second try since it was already scheduled and they assured me that they had fixed the miscommunication. I was unfortunately not comfortable with anyone from their company in my home with me alone after the way I was berated on the phone. Maybe they are easier to work with without their warranty companies in the middle, but I would never work with someone who yells at a customer for their own communication issues.

Water heater went out on Monday afternoon. Dan was able to get here Wednesday afternoon and replace it. This isn't the first time we've gone through Barker and each time has been great!

This happened in 2021, but I'm still mad about it. I had a toilet issue and changed out the wax ring and it didn't fix it. I called barker and they spent an hour looking and couldn't find a solution, but charged me $100+ for pulling the toilet and replacing the wax ring. Called roto rooter the next day and they fixed it. The plumber from RR said I shouldn't have been charged for essentially nothing and gave me a discount on his services.

Initially I had a very high opinion of Barker plumbing when they performed the services at my home; however, two years later, it turns out that they improperly run the discharge hose under the water tank which they installed and it eventually crimped fully shut causing the line to blow off the equipment and creating a small flood. I tried several times to contact them for emergency service and got no response. I had left two different messages and still no reponse following the weekend.
