I want to give a big shoutout to Bailey Plumbing for the exceptional work they did on my home. I chose them based on their strong reputation for experience and expertise—and they absolutely delivered. From the first consultation through to the final walkthrough, Bailey Plumbing proved they were the right team for the job. This wasn’t a simple repair. We had to replace the entire sewer line—from beneath the house all the way to the street—spanning over 120 feet. They used a combination of trenching and pipe bursting to minimize the impact on our yard and landscaping, which was greatly appreciated. In addition, they replaced all the old copper and gas lines under the house, correcting serious issues left behind by previous contractors and added a hot water recirculating pump and a Moen Flo Smart water monitor and shutoff unit. Throughout the entire project, communication was clear and consistent. The crew maintained a clean job site each day, and when the work was complete, everything looked fantastic and all permit inspections passed at the first inspection. Bailey Plumbing went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Roy did a fantastic job getting my whole house water filtration system sorted out. when it was originally installed the kitchen was bypassing the system. He was able to quickly and cleanly get everything plumbed properly. Thanks again!!

Couldn’t be happier with the response and service from Bailey Plumbing. We had our water Heater go out and in the end we needed a new water heater and dedicated power line setup to power the new water heater. We ended up calling late morning and both the plumber and electrician showed up that afternoon. Alex and “Nacho” quickly assessed the old water heater and determined it was not repairable. We had discussed a replacement if this was the case and they had the new one in their van. No wasted time. They pulled the old one out, redid all the piping and installed the new one in one afternoon while the electrician was running new wires to it. This was all done in one afternoon. Amazing. Most other places quoted a week to just come out! Highly recommend Alex and “Nacho" and Bailey Plumbing.

Randy and Alex did a great job today! They replaced frozen angle stops (on/off switches for water) throughout the house; under sinks, behind toilets, & near appliances. I now have a whole-house pressure reducing valve and expansion tank - a repair and addition that was long overdue. Really, unknown to me, a safety issue. An emergency easy turn-off valve was installed. We previously inconveniently had to turn the water off the street, leaving us with no water at all in the house. Next was a water delivery system level 3 rebuild. In other words, it's like giving our home plumbing a major tune up and some essential part replacements to prevent future breakdowns. Things will work reliably and efficiently now, and comes with a 5-year guarantee. Plus, I got a Senior Discount and was happy to be able to support a local business, a family business that has expanded their quality service to a few more Bay Area communities! As for the team, they gave me a quote up front, a 3-day right to recission, they were up front in the work that needed to be done, they were timely, efficient, clean (cleaned up after themselves and wore carpet protectors over their shoes in the house), prepared a plan and stuck to it. How many contractors recently have you hired that you can say this about? Next time I have a plumbing problem, I'll be sure to call Bailey Plumbing!

Man you crushed it, I cant thank you enough. You guys were fast abd so clean! You guys were super respectful of our home and hilarious and that made me feel comfortable. That leaky loose toilet could have cause more damage so thank you for breaking it down abd earning my trust. I highly highly recommend to everyone.
