My old heater was barely putting out warm water. One call and Aurora Plumbing had a tech over doing a fast water heater repair. Glad I went with them very professional.

I needed a quick inspection of my sump, and he not only provided that but also took some preventative measures on our behalf. Prices were fair. As a result of my positive experience, I plan to hire Aurora Plumbing again in the future.

Asher was great; he talked to me about the project beforehand, kept me updated as he worked, and gave me a thorough tour of the finished product to ensure my satisfaction before he departed. The next day, I called back and set up an appointment with Asher. He serviced both of my air conditioners, one of which was a rooftop Trane model and the other a more conventional window model. He saved me hundreds of dollars by repairing both units swiftly and clearly explaining what was required. He did an amazing job, was very knowledgable and quick, and even provided me great advice on how to maintain my reusable input filters for both units. The prior air conditioning servicing firm was the BEST WORK CONTACT I COULD HAVE MADE, and I WILL NOW LOSE THEIR NUMBER.

Asher and his colleague were without a doubt the most competent service providers I've ever had in my house. They were friendly and supportive as they evaluated the situation and provided recommendations for resolving the water closet leak in my bathroom. He went away, got a new toilet, put it in, then came back to clean. I can only think of the word "perfect." did a fantastic job and adhered to the price they gave me. As a senior citizen, I have received assistance from numerous service personnel, but never one who worked so effectively. You can be sure that if I ever have another problem with anything they've done, I'll be calling Aurora Plumbing.
