Atherton Plumbing - Dayton Drain Cleaning

We discovered a dripping water line - our neighbor recommended Atherton, and we are glad she did! Andrew arrived at the scheduled time, and quickly identified the problem. He offered two options for repair, which were both very reasonable cost wise. Ben and Luke arrived the next day as planned. They reviewed the situation with us, then brought in the components and tool to make the repair. They completed the task in less than an hour. We are very happy with the job Atherton did, and highly recommend them!

I only called yesterday for service and it wasn’t an emergency. They were able to schedule the work for the next day. George came as expected and replaced our kitchen faucet and replaced the innards of one of our toilets. He was quite friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work quickly and left everything tidy. He also took away the old parts. Everything is working well! Glad to have contacted Atherton’s!!

While the phone representative and plumber were both very pleasant and professional, $264.16 to replace one shut off valve (which took about 20 minutes during normal working hours) seems excessive. I even assisted by turning off, and then on, the water to the house. However, I appreciated that I had someone on site within about 30 minutes.

We had an emergency plumbing situation with a line that backed up into the house on Memorial Day. Atherton had an emergency line, and they were able to get someone out very quickly. They were honest on the phone about the holiday surcharge, offering us the opportunity to wait for the next day, but the issue was serious enough that we needed a tech quickly. Dillon, the tech, was friendly, helpful, and very kind. He explained what was going on, what he was going, and let us know recommended next steps. He took care of the issue quickly and gave us a preliminary quote for the follow-up. We appreciate the knowledge and pleasant attitude, and would recommend Atherton to anyone. Thank you!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Andrew come to my home to fix my plumbing issue. Let me start by saying I was already upset because of my extremely awful and disrespectful experience with a company that I had out the day before. Andrew changed my entire outlook and got me back to feeling happy. He was kind! That simple. Kindness goes so very far with the average customer!! He explained everything as he went. Told us each price as it differed from option to option and did not try to upscale us on anything. My kitchen is back up and running and it took less than an hour. He is the most professional tech I have ever dealt with. Atherton plumbing has a new lifetime customer out of me!
