Ascend was fantastic to work with, from getting me a last minute appointment to the service itself. Marylee and Rafael were a pleasure to work with in particular! Edit - they had to come out to re-tighten a pipe, but Marylee was on it! She got someone to me within an hour at 10pm after I said I needed it fixed before I left to go out of town the next day. Ken came and fixed it right up. I highly recommend this company!

Javier from Ascend Plumbing did an excellent job when he replaced our washer/dryer fixtures. He was timely, communicative, and professional. I also appreciated the efficiency of the payment system, Marylee is also very professional and the team communicated quickly and well.

Excellent service, professional and skilled! Nick is a problem solver. Before arriving, he did the research to make sure he would be able to order the parts necessary for the job. He knew that the water was going to be potentially shutoff and arrived early to ensure he would stay within the window. On the job, he explained everything to me and was patient. Also, really appreciate the friendly, efficient and thoughtful coordination from the back office from Mary Lee, the scheduler and Caitlin in billing. Highly recommend.
