Aranda's was top-notch from start to finish! We hired them for a plumbing call for an independent film project where we needed a new tub faucet installed/water hookups. Our industry can always be unpredictable, but Trishia was very thorough and always available to speak with me when I had questions come up. The two technicians (Armando and Ramiro) were on time, incredibly polite, and went above and beyond for me AND our homeowner. I would highly recommend and use again! Thank you so much!

I hired them for a simple plumbing issue and was not told I would be charged a holiday rate, even though my appointment was the day before thanksgiving. They also switched my appointment last minute on me without telling me, and the technician showed up at 8:00 am when I was still barely getting up, since I work late. When he came back later in the afternoon, since I missed his calls, he was very rude and pretended like he could not understand or speak English well. When I spoke to him in Spanish, we was not only shocked, but then started speaking to me in English. Very unprofessional and poor experience. Also very expensive. I would avoid this company.

Aranda’s was hired by the seller’s broker to service the weil-mclain boiler and hot water heater. First available, due to the xmas holiday, was early January 2025, after closing. They were paid through escrow. Such a bad job, there are few words. Eventually, after they stopped responding to my calls, we hired Insight Mechanical. Fixed in one visit, identifying issues that Aranda’s certainly should have noticed. Particularly for the $4400 they were paid. I wrote the owner, Patrick, snail mail. No response. Figures. I went to go buy parts for my furnace yesterday. Steve and the general manager Trishia helped me get the parts that I needed. They were knowledgeable and really nice. I will definitely go back abd ler others know about this place. I

If I could give Aranda’s ZERO stars I would! Aranda’s sent a tech to our house to evaluate our faulty air conditioner. The tech verbally told my husband we had a wiring problem, and a valve and pipe needed to be replaced but we lucked out because our condenser was still working. When we received the written quote from the office manager, Trishia, she insisted our condenser needed to be replaced. The service call costed $285. We contacted Pro-Tech for a second opinion. Pro-Tech fixed our air conditioner problem quickly and efficiently. They evaluated the problem with our system and had it fixed within an hour. They charged us less to fix everything and replace our filter than Aranda’s charged us for the service call. Pro-Tech fixed our problem for $231, Aranda’s quoted us $9735, saying we needed to replace our condenser, even after the tech originally told my husband the condenser was working fine, which it was. It’s really sad that a local company that has been in business for so long can rip people off the way Aranda’s tried to do to us.
