Life always seem to test you, and today was no exception. I was getting ready for my parents to come visit from Florida and my wife was getting ready for a going away party for one of her staff members when she yelled down that there was no hot water. Sure enough, checked all the faucets and there is definitely no hot water at all. I put the maintenance request into the rental portal, and I swear less than five minutes later I get a call from APN Plumbing. Ten minutes later, Justin arrives to save the day. Justin was all the things you want in a plumber: friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, competent, and speedy. He quickly identified the issue and had the component in the truck that meant that it wasn't going to be a multi-day repair. I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and in a world that seems to just embrace incompetence and bad customer service, Justin really shines bright. Huge props to Anthony Nunn as well, as he made this repair happen from the call from the property management company to getting Justin here in literally less than 15 minutes. I know who I am going to be calling in the future with any plumbing issues. Could not be any happier and grateful than I am right now that my parents will have hot water during their visit. Thank you APN!

We've used APN several times over the years. They've done everything from installing water heaters to fixing minor leaks, explaining what they're doing as they go. The technicians are always professional and not pushy as they're discussing options. I don't think we've ever had to wait more than a day or so for a visit, usually just a few hours for pressing matters.

I had a leak outside my business. APN Plumbing came, located the leak and repaired in a couple of hours total. Justin was very professional and explained things in terms that I understood. If I have a need for a plumber, I am calling APN Plumbing!!

Me and my wife were looking for a new plumbing company to do work around our house. We needed them to come out about three times to do three separate things. The first time they came out to replace a toilet and put in a new sink disposal. Later that night, running the dishwasher, I found out that they failed to knock out the dishwasher intake on the disposal, which caused the dishwasher to not drain. Not that big of a deal only took me about 15 minutes in troubleshooting and five minutes to make it right. and giving them the benefit of the doubt I had them come out the second day to redo some plumbing under the kitchen sink and that day I gave the plumber a $60 tip trying to make a good relationship with the company. I had also given them a five star review. Well, for the third time we needed them to come out I called up and they said I was on the schedule for Monday. They even called me around 10 AM on monday and said that they were 30 minutes away. About 5 1/2 hours later I called because they had not shown up yet and I had gotten no word from them about a delay. I was able to get in contact with them and they told me that they would have to schedule it for the next day, so I ended up taking another day off of work. Well, the next day came and no one showed up and got no word from them. Funny enough when I called Wednesday to ask for the bill for the first two times (had to leave a voicemail) they sent it over in about 10 minutes. I had given them a five star review after the first day even though that they failed to set up the disposal right. But now I have to give a one star review because they have disrespected my time. If they didn’t want to work with me or the jobs were too small that would have been totally OK with me. They could’ve just told me that and I could’ve found another plumber in Durham. Instead, they strung me along for 2 1/2 days telling me that they were coming, but never showing up.

Jonathan and his staff have bailed me out repeatedly over the past 8 years, last time to help with a broken attic pipe and this time to replace a broken toilet. APN's quick response and attention to our needs warrant the highest praise. Respect! Thank You!
