Anywhere Rooter

I found myself in a bind. I had my home under contract and the buyer requested a few plumbing tasks to be completed. We were going out of town and I needed someone honest to show up quick. Anywhere Rooter sent Keenan to my house and I received far more than I thought I’d get. He was professional, courteous and patient. I explained everything I needed and he counseled me and helped me understand everything he was going to do and how it would help me. He was fast and thorough! I wish I had Keenan around for the last house I sold! This guy is the best!!!

Anywhere Rooter did a wonderful job, they came immediately when are hot water heater went out very unexpectedly and I smelled gas. I called at 4:00 a.m. and they were able to come between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m and immediately started to drain it to put in the new one. George installed the new one The following day and got everything up to cide. He did a fantastic job and did so all by himself in just under 2.5 hours I might add. I would definitely recommend using them and will be using them again. Thanks guys!

REVIEW UPDATE 8/26/2025 I received a call about 7:30PM last night explaining the previous representative that I spoke with may have caused a misunderstanding regarding requesting someone to come clean up the mess that was made. After speaking with Isabel, this matter was resolved. Three gentlemen arrived this morning to clean up the horrible mess that was made and I AM GRATEFUL. The lead gentleman informed me this is not how Anywhere Rooter does business and I am truly glad it was made right. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE...8/25/2025 I really hate that I need to do this. Since this organization is not willing to make it right in a timely fashion, it is the only way I can use my voice! I paid $1,414.83 for a sink replacement. I kept my composure at the lack of organization and being shifted around. The actually service finally took place, Monday 8/25/2025 at 1:27pm. Four hours later it was a nightmare. I requested the hardware to mirror the other sink {I have dual sinks} and was told no problem. Welp, there was a problem because they don't match. Here is where the main reason for the 1 star. This gentlemen was absolutely sloppy. He asked at least 5 times, how does this look? I said, is this how your establishment leaves the caulking. He says, no ma'am. I said, why would you ask me then, how does this look? He has the clear caulk on the sink that isn't broke, it is caulked horribly on the one that is supposed fixed. Caulk is smeared on my counters. He used my scrubber and now it is FULL OF CAULK. Never even attempted to clean it off or better yet, ask to use it! Did not lay plastic on the floor so my bath rug became the place where he laid his tools. My floor became the place where he brushed all the gelled caulk and debris on the floor. It wasn't until I said something that he said, oh yeah, I was going to clean that up. No, no you weren't. I call back to share this information and the representative says, the earliest I can get someone out is Tuesday NEXT WEEK! Are you serious? I had already previously expressed the urgency of the matter and she says, that's the best she can do. Your business will NOT prosper. You cannot treat people this way and think you will get away with it. The ONLY reason you received the payment is due to the time crunch. That's on me. Never again! My recent experience with Anywhere Rooter was excellent. The technician, Hector, was prompt, polite and proffessional. Hector explained everything to me (including repair options) and was able to complete repairs to my bathtub drain in one visit (he had the necessary parts with him). Anywhere Rooter kept me informed about arrival time and was able to schedule a technician within a couple days of first contact. Rarely give 5 star ratings but this is well deserved.
